Hi, a minor headache,
You had a head injury 2 hrs ago, after which you developed mild headache, you felt like you are bleeding thro' the nose & ear.Now you feel sleepy & you feel as though you are about to thrown up.
Even though there was No loss of consciousness immediately after injury & No obvious bleeding thro' ear and nose. all your complaints goes in favor concussion of Brain.
I advise you to have Neurologist's opinion immediately & CT Scan to decide further management.
Best Wishes
