Though there are so mabny causes of headache and migraine
is common in general population, the description of symptoms that you have provided must be viewed seriously due mainly to the age factor. Generally speaknig, migraine doesnot come in this age. Two most common possibilities that need exclusion are structural lesion in brain and temporal arteritis
. These conditions can be excluded by MRI
SCAN and blood tests like ESR
. The treatment will depend upon the exact cause rather than any sort of emperical treatment. Please regularly monitor your blood pressure too. I suggest you to meet a local neurologist
who will guide you.
