Headache, Dizziness, Pain In Temples And Left Eyebrow, Sensitive To Bright Lights, Stress. Advice

I am 34 yrs old and get the occasional headache that lasts a couple of day I've had a bad headache for 4 days with some dizziness and pain in my temples and left eyebrow and am sensitive too the sun or bright lights.headache tablets aren't working too well I have been under a bit of stress lately I have a 9 mth old lil girl that's teething and two teenage boys that fight alot could it just be stress that's bringing on my headaches?

It seems that you are having migraine headache or vascular headache. Stress is known to worsen migraine.

You should consult neurophysician/ psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management. You may get benefit by nortryptilline and propranolol. You may get prescription from your doctor. Stress management may also be good help to you.
