Headache, Body Temperature Increased. Took Crocin, Meftal Syrup, Temperature Reduced. Future Course? Viral?

Hi, My daughter is 4and a Half year old, She started complaining of headache while travelling back from school yesterday afternoon, evening her body temperature started rising up to 100.. gave her crocin, the temp varied down a little, but not much progress, temp still persisted to 102 degree. We gave Meftal syrup 3.5 ml at night 11.30, The temp came down but again at 3.00 am went upto 102, we were continuously sponging her the whole night as the temp varied. Finally at 6.00 am it went upto 103 .... Again repeated Meftal and sponged her fully by taking her in the bathroom, Now at 10.00am she has a temp. of 99. and over the entire night she was quite active and communicating very well. What is the future course??? Is she having Viral ??
