Hi and thanks for the query,
A formal clinical examination is needed. A notion of any fever
and taking of drugs against fever must be known. This guides towards thinking of an infectious or non infectious origin of symptoms. A complete blood count
, measuring markers of i nflammation and stool examination and cultures could be very useful.
Irregular bowel movement evaluation shall need to know if this just started or has been going on for a long time. Changes in diet could affect bowel movements. Vegetable rich diets, fruit rich diets , enough drinking of fluids and exercise could be of help.
I suggest you consult your primary care
physician for a complete clinical review.
Thanks and kind regards,
Bain LE, MD.
