Headache and fever, please suggest remedy

Sir, I am suffering from headache and Slow fever from 4 year, thermameter does not indicate the fever but i feel fever. Pls tell me the solution.

Sir, I have already many times consulted with doctors, they say that i have no fever but i innerly feel warm, and the thermameter does not indicate the fever. Have i any problem?
