Headache And Dizziness. No Allergy Or Sinus Blockage. Have Bad Molar. What Could It Be?

I have been experiencing headaches and dizziness/ vertigo off and on for over two months now. Blood tests have come back negative for allergies. Sinus X-ray has also come back negative for blockage. I have a molar in pretty bad shape that I thought might be affecting my sinuses, but if the X-rays show no blockage what do you think it could be?

Hi there,
Thank you for posting your question. I will do my best to help you.
I have tried to understand your query to my best

Bad Molar can be the cause for Headache and Dizziness as per information provided from your end.
Dental X-rays that can reveal the presence of impacted teeth, as well as damage to teeth or bone.
If it is causing pain ,need to visit the Dentist and theses are usually surgically removed, or extracted.

Simultaneusly ,Kindly also get your Blood Pressure checked up as the are many causes which might cause persistent dizziness & Headache like
- Inner Ear Problems -Ear Infections
-Hypertension
-Migraine
- Anxiety disorders
- Panic attacks
-Anemia
My sincere advice is to visit a Dentist for the Molar further treatment.
Also please check your Blood pressure & if found high, consult a physician.

I hope that I have answered your questions fully and been of some help.
If you have anymore questions please contact me again anytime
Regards,
Dr.Sushma
