Headache And Bright Light In Eyes. Have History Of Migraine. What Does It Indicate?

I am seeing like flashing of lighting in my right eye only, intermittently. It started about 45 minutes ago. I have a slight headache but I didn't have one when it started, so I believe it started because this was beginning to concern me. I do have migraine headaches so I thought it might be one coming on, normally I see blotches not long lines of light. Gwen Abron 678-488-6535

Hi,
Bright flashes of light associated with headache could be due to migraine or any eye pathology. in your case, it is probably a manifestation of migraine only.
Please meet a physician and if required an ophthalmologist to rule out the cause.
Hope this helped.
Take care
