I have gone through your query regarding headache, pain over Adam's apple and feeling of some thing struck in throat, you are also having diorrhea at the same time.
Your all these symptoms are in favour of respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia. These all may be viral or baccilary. Your generalised weakness may be due to dehydration by diorrhear or because of weired feeling due to infection.
Here as symptomatic relief you may take tab Paracetamol, but as diorrhea is there so please consult your physician for proper management and to avoid complication.
Regards.
