Head Of Penis Is Itching While Peeing. No Swelling. Had Pulled Muscle. Remedy?
About two or three weeks ago my balls started hurting, mainly the right one. I figured I pulled a muscle from interval training. So anyways while this was still happening I notice that the head/tip would slighty sting when I took a pee. Now the balls don t hurt but the head is itching alot expecially when I have to go pee and it still stings. There is no soreness or swelling .

You may have Urinary tract infection. I would suggest doing a mid stream urinalysis to check for pus cells in your urine. Drink plenty of fluids about 2-3liters per day. You might need to drink an antibiotic if your urine sample comes out with infection.
