Head Injury, Diagnosed High BP, Had 25 Lesions In My Head And Disease. Prescribed CT Scan. Suggestion?

This past weekend I had a slight head injury where I bumped my head. I had an immediate headache, an hour later I smelled a terrible smell that no one else could smell and was dizzy, an hour later I was sick to my stomach. Since then my head feels weird, unable to explain .... just different. Last night when I went to bed, I felt dizzy every time I rolled over onto my back and when I looked down. My left eye twitches. Today I went to a clinic and was told I have hypotension as my blood pressure was 90/60 when I stood. I will be sent for a CT scan soon. I also have about 25 lesions in my head and a dymelinating disease... possibly ms. Could my head injury be causing me to feel out of sorts or my disease? Is my blood pressure serious.

Hi, as you describe, you had head injury, of concusin type. but the possibilities of hemorrhage, etc are to be excluded.
Actually immediately the person with such injury should consult a neurosurgeon, still it is not late, immediately consult a neurosurgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Well you think your this condition might be because of this low blood pressure. The answer is No. 90/60 is not that low blood pressure which could be the cause of such serious symptoms. in our center of heart failure patients, every next patient have bp of 90/60 and they are all are doing fine. just take enough drinks and food this BP problem will be solved.

Now coming to head injury and headache. The reason for these all above symptoms can either be MS or Head injury. We cant differentiate this unless we do CT. CT will tell us if there is any damaged occurred in your brain (esp hemorrhage) then you should be treated for that condition. If no damaged has occurred then it might be MS. So lets just wait for the CT results. it all upto CT now.

Get well soon. and take care of yourself.
