Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello.
A history of trauma followed by severe headache ,neck pain, ear pain along with episodes of blurring of vision and giddiness calls for urgent evaluation to rule out intracranial bleed.
Was there any ear bleed along with earache? Was there any vomiting?

Investigation suggested: urgent CT Scan Brain and cervical spine (plain)
See a neurosurgeon with the report
Dont worry .
Thanks.
