Head Injury. Soreness, Headache, Abdominal Pain. Should I Be Concerned?

I fell down and bumped my head really hard into a wall 2 nights ago. It is very sore, I have headaches and I also have pain in my lower abdomen all the way across which hurts more when I cough or move a certain way. I sort of feels like a muscle pain from doing too many sit ups. Not sure if it is related to the bump on my head or not. Should I be concerned or just wait a couple more days to see how I feel?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Based on the symptoms, it seems to be a mild head injury. You should take analgesics such as diclofenac for pain relief. You could wait for a few days to get better.

However, if you develop severe headache, vomiting, drowsiness, etc, you should consult a doctor.

Wishing you good health,
