my name is alfonso. i was resently in a car reck in december i had a head injery and a lowere back and hip pain the pain went away . but the lower back pin near my tail bone has starded up agein and herts wen i sit dawn and get up.also wen i lift hevy items. iv gon to the doc but they sed try tylinal but it duset work

You will have to avoid sitting on hard surfaces.Get a soft cushion made for you.Warm water fomentation and analgesics.Get an X-Ray of the coccyx to see any bony injury.
