Head Hurt During Cheerleading Previously. Bump Returned Now When Hit On The Same Spot. Matter Of Concern?

About a week ago i had a cheerleading accident where a girl fell down from the stunt and we hit heads extremely hard. I felt very dizzy after and had a huge bump but ignored it and it went away. Today my sister accidentally hit me (very lightly) on the same spot as before and I felt extreme pain and the pump immediately came back. She barely even touched me and it came back. Should I be worried?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the concusion type of head injury, resolved in the first instance, but when it had a hit again, it has come out. Most probably the swelling is not hard, and it is soft.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. thank you.
