Head Hurt. No Concussion, Slight Headache. Trauma Or Any Other Problem?

My son hit head Saturday skate boarding around 3oclock. Did not lose conscienceness. Took him to urgent care. All signs lead to not having a concusion. He had a slight headache Sunday, nothing more. Went to school today ok. Tonight about 9:00pm complained about chill and vomited about midnight. We are watching him. Is coincidental or possibly due to the head trauma two days ago.

This might still be pausible due to head trauma.I suggest to get it evaluated from a physician.Loss of conciousness means the injury is more serious. Vomitting/headache is also significant. Its better to rule out than taking further risk.Take care.Hope this helps. He will get well soon.
