Head hit on wall, having pain, bump, bruise, headaches, dizziness. Is it concussion? Medication required?

A few days ago I hit my head on a wall and desk repeatedly for fun and now I have a hard bump and bruise at the point of impact . It s pretty tender and hurts to touch. I also have had slight headaches and some dizziness almost constantly since this happened. What is wrong? Is it a concussion? Do I need to see a doctor?
