Looks more like an oral candidiasis
(or oral thrush
) or oral yeast infection. How ever there is a need for a doctor to examine it closely and place the difference. Other causes of your same symptoms need to be ruled out. Causes might be viral, bacterial, a symptom of an autoimmune diseases etc.
Your physician might need to do a CDx brush biopsy to confirm yeast infection or rule it out and determine other causes. Ones cause identified, appropriate antifungal regimen (nystatin
, ketokonazole etc) might be indicated to treat the yeast infection.
