Having White Spots On Tongue, Gums, Bottom Lip, Tooth Pain. Due To Ulcers?

hi I am 16 and for the last 4 days I have had white spots on my tip of my tongue and on bottom gums also on my top and bottom lip , very painful my trough hurts soo much and I have a lump under my chin , my teeth even hurt ,I went to the walk in they said it was ulcers , but its much too painful to handle , what should I do

Your gums as well as tongue affected by aphthous ulcers.

Take corticosteroids as well as vitamin becosules.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Avoid spicy foods,acidic beverages.

Discontinue the habit of tobacco or pan chewing.

Take nutritious diet.

Avoid anxiety,stress.

HI, I am Dr. Mbobnda
You are right mouth ulcer pain. The reason you have the swelling under you chin is as a result of the inflammatory process going on in your mouth and throat. I think you have to use a moutwash or a antiseptic table which is combined with an anesthetic. For this you have to see your physician.
