Having Weird Periods And Spotting, Pain In Cervix, Sore Breast, Feels Tummy Tightening. What Should I Do?

I have been having weird periods the last couple of months. Feb 14 light spotting for 2 days, March 12 brown discharge one day then red spotting the next day then brown discharge the third day and nothing till today. I woke up in a lot of pain it feels like my cervix , I am spotting red and feel like my bowels are flushing out. I am booked for an ultrasound to see if I am/was pregnant but that is not until the end of the week. My breasts have been very sore for almost 2 months now and my tummy has been feeling quite hard.

Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.
Since you are having a mild brownish spotting instead of regular periods for last two months, pregnancy needs to be ruled out. You can do a home pregnancy test with your urine sample using the kit available at all the pharmacies.
After ruling out the pregnancy, other causes need to be evaluated after proper investigations under the guidance of your gynecologist.
