Hi,

Your serum iron and vitamin D level seems to be low as per reports.
You can attach your reports to check it. It's advisable to investigate with CBC including hemoglobin estimation and blood indices estimation. You can revert back with reports once done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
