Having vomiting, nausea, loose stool. Are these symptoms for a virus infection?

I woke up 5 days ago aggressively vomiting and fatigue , later had loose stools . Since then my boyfriend and I have both been experiencing upset stomach, feeling bloated and empty or tense and cramping, overall muscle tightness, mine started in my legs, fatigue, and flu like symptoms. I haven t been able to find anything with our symptoms that is a virus. Can someone please help?

hi dear

it seems that both of you might have suffered from stomach infection and now you are having muscle cramps because of low potassium in body and dehydration which happens due to loose stools and please get your serum electrolytes level checked and by that time keep on taking lot of fluids
