1. Vomiting,Abdominal pain during periods could result from condition called Dysmenorrhea in females, Sincere Advise is to Consult a Gynecologist for your Problem.
2. If vomiting is Severe, make sure you keep your stomach empty by giving it some rest i.e. avoid eating/drinking for 1 hour or till you see symptomatic improvement.
3. avoid citrus fruits and milk products as they tend to make vomiting severe.

Yes you have dysmenorrhea which is pain during periods. As far as vomiting is concerned , it is a matter of concern. Personally i feel that you are too much worried about your dysmenorrhea which in turn is causing a gastro oesophagal reflux leading to vomiting. Take medications for dysmennorhea and stop worrying on it. Chances of vomiting subsiding by itself is more.

Stay happy and relaxed.

Vomiting with a period might be caused by a condition called Dysmenorrhea, which could create abdominal pain severe enough to disrupt a women's normal activities.
If the pain become intense, it could lead to nausea and vomiting , headache or diarrhea. Inflammation of the uterus and support muscles might also cause this problem in some women.
Ginger has killing pain and it can be used as one of the home remedies for dysmenorrhea.
Aloe vera is also one of the home remedy.
Drink pineapple juice.
Drink Broom stick leaf juice 30 mi twice daily.
