Having Under Active Thyroid, Why Do I Have Constant Swollen Tonsils?

Hi Dr, I have an underactive thyroid, have constant swollen tonsils that develop stones and have allergies that now include reacting with asthma. I am wondering are all these conditions related and if removing my tonsils will improve everything else. (i also have gilberts syndrome) Thanks
