hi sir..
i am 25 YEAR old guy, i have very thin and unfatty cheeks. befor my cheeks was chubby and i looks hadsome,now i smoke highly and ma chin ma cheek is very thin and i feeel tensed for that.. and please tell me how can i get a gud and chubby cheeks and please tell me any tablets which helps to gain chubby vheeks without side effects.

Hi, you are only telling that the cheeks became more thin after smoking, so the main cause of the thinning is the smoking.
At the age of 25 years you are becoming thin means, there is enough of tensions in the mind.
Avoid tensions , take balanced food with more of oils and fat. Take more of fruits and juices. Thank you.
