Having Symptoms Of Hypothyroidism, Heat Or Cold Sensitivity, Joint Pain. Diagnosed As Bipolar Disorder. Is It Wrong Diagnosis?

I have all classic symptoms of hypothyroidism , fatigue, confusion, heat/ cold sensitivity , loss of motivation/productivity, short attention span, joint pain. My tested my T3 and T4 last year and those came back normal. Following that, she diagnosed me with mild bi-polar, depression, and CFS . The combination of Sertraline and Lamotrigine worked well, but I gained 20lbs in a year. I am now on Bupropion HCL-300mg. At first it worked great, and now seems like my body does not respond to it (no change in manufacturer). I still feel like I m one of those people who has a thyroid problem but has normal blood work. I ve been struggling with this since adolescence and it s getting worse. I have three kids and it affects my parenting and that s something I m not willing to compramise. What do you think- and how would I bring this up with my doc without insulting her by essentially saying I think her previous diagnoses are wrong?
