having swelling on the right hand side of throat without any pain. had suffered viral fever few days back. what can be the reason behind swelling and what remedies can be aaplied ?

As you say you had a fever , it could be lymph node swelling up because of fever.
How big is the size? Does it increase in size? You need to be examined to get more details and diagnosis.As for now if it doesnt pain on touching ,you can take a day or two and attend your doctor.
