Hello,
Although sometimes these skin tags near anus can be due to no complication but on many occasions these skin tags are due to some complication like hemorrhoids, anal fissure etc.You require a visual inspection of the area by a doctor to see whether it a skin tag or a anal wart. You also require proper examination to look for hemorrhoids, anal fissure, anal fistula or sometimes skin cancer also.
The ultimate treatment would be to remove it surgically and sending it for histopathology examination, since rarely it can be cancer also.
Very frankly speaking, there is no home remedy to remove it.
Thanks

Dermatologist Dr. Rahul Kumar's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
you can use sitz bath.
This can give you some relief.
But the final treatment is surgery.

Please meet a surgeon, delay may lead to infection.
