hi, im uncircumcised an i skipped a shower the other day. so i got out of the water today an noticed a small fissure on the right side of my gland accompanied by a small bruise on the the tip. the bruise only burned a little when it was dry . i put some petroleum jelly on it. is it possible the bruise an fis was cause by friction from the morning erect

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily and topical antibiotic jelly like Neosporin for local application.,
