Having Small Fissures On Right Side Of Gland, Looked Dry. Used Petroleum Jelly What Could This Be?

hi, im uncircumcised an i skipped a shower the other day. so i got out of the water today an noticed a small fissure on the right side of my gland accompanied by a small bruise on the the tip. the bruise only burned a little when it was dry . i put some petroleum jelly on it. is it possible the bruise an fis was cause by friction from the morning erect

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have develope a fissure over glans penis and have bruising on tip of the penis.
This is most likely to be due to infection of the Glans 9Ballanitis)

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily and topical antibiotic jelly like Neosporin for local application.,

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
