Having Signs Of Insomnia And Stress On Eyes
My eyes are gone inside I do not know whether it is just the skin around the eyes or it is the eyes. Actually I'm doing a night shift work as I am not getting inhalf sleep..... Is it due sleep or there is due it some other reason. I am 21yrs old. Any suggestions???????!!!!! :( :(

It is due to stress and sleeplesness.Get your eye examined by an eye doctor for vision fundus and IOT recorded.Get your haemogram done including haemoglobin. If everything is alright,then take some rest and decrease stress level, have good sleep then you will be alright.
