Having Short, Irregular Cycles. Headaches, Cramps, Back Pain, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Hot Flashes. Reason?

In Jan. cycle started to be irregular two days instead of 7 day the other 5 days I only saw red when I wipped. Feb cycle was 4 days instead of seven. Headaches since January, sleepy, cramps in lower hips, lower back pain . Started to taste metallic taste in mouth. When I move around I feel some pressure in lower stomach . Occasional hot flashes.
