Having Sharp Chest Pains To The Left Of My Breast Bone, Occurs Due To Cold Weather, Sex. Cure?
I am 53 and for two years now I have been getting a sometimes dull to sometimes slightly sharper pain deep in my chest slightly to the left of my breast bone. It comes and goes. Cold weather breathing effets it, sex effects it and sometimes just sitting in certain positions can bring it on. The pain does not go any where else. It can last 30 seconds to as much as 5 minutes.

As your pain seems to shift along with chest movements it may be due to musculculo skeletal in origin .But you are 53 years old and hence an ECG is advised along with a regular blood check up including blood sugars and lipid profile .
