Psychiatrist 's  Response
Stop Smoking. It clogs arteries. May need a Lipid Prifile to rule out high Cholesterol and maybe a Doppler of the Carotid arteries. Exercise, lifestyle changes required. Brief episode of aphasia is warning sign equal to having Angina. Quitting smoking will greatly reduce the risk of a Stroke or TIA again.
