Hi,

I am Dr.Bruno. I have read your question with care and understand that you are worried about the shadow.

Coming to your question as to whether you should be worried about a shadow on CT Scan,
My Reply would be "Please wait till you take the MRI".
This shadow can very well be an artefact and not a real problem
So
Please don't worry till you take an MRI

Hope you found the answer helpful.

If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
