Having Severe Headache, Nausea And Vomiting. Herniated Disc Or Nerve Damage In Neck Can Cause This?

woke up Wensday nauseated and sever headache tried to eat, vomited later in the day sever violent vomiting all along with a sever headache took medicine to sleep . at 10 pm fell asleep woke up Thursday I feel fine a little weak but ok . no fever. 41 years old never not made it to bathroom to vomit before . wondering if the hereated discs in my back of nerve damage in my neck could be the cause. I know it was not food poisioning . I was told in my mid 30 s I might have gad a mild stroke im worried

Headache, nausea and vomiting can be the symptoms of increased pressure in the brain or spinal cord. This can be caused by some disc compression to spinal cord indeed. You should also have some pain in the neck or back. So if you feel this can be it, please consult neurologist as soon as possible.
Food poisoning can also give such symptoms however diarrhea is also quite characteristic.

I suggest you to do not wait any longer and visit your doctor.
