Having severe hair fall after taking my morning bath

i am having severe hair fall after taking my morning bath around 30-45 hairs falls with my towel Sir, for the past 6-7 months .........i am having severe hair fall after taking my morning bath around 30-45 hairs falls with my towel. I am 33 yrs old....... and I work in a BPO company diabetes is there feel breathless when running or when doing such strenous activitis since 31 yrs old..... ocassionally sugar goes out of control I am on Piozone M15

As you have said that you do feel breathless on running around i suspect you could be anemic For your hair fall pls take capsule Conviron once daily- it is an iron tablet most iron tablets cause constipation- but this causes less of a problem Take it for 2-3 days and continue it if you dont have any constipation problems if alright take it for a month If you are having constipation with this tablet- then
