General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

I am sorry to inform you but from the current result it seems that you have 2 issues:
1. An abnormality of the inner lining of the uterus called the endometrium, which will have to be thoroughly investigated and treated accordingly
2. An ovarian syndrome called polycystic ovarian syndrome, present in both ovaries which has cysts (many in number) in the ovaries, that cause a hormonal imbalance and the size of the ovaries to grow. There exists treatment for this condition, and fertility can be easily restored, but treatment might be slightly time consuming

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
