Having Pulsations In Head Constantly, No Headaches, Regular Sleep Pattern. Cause And Cure?

I am 23 years of age and have been having pulsations in my head every couple of seconds constantly, this has been going on for about 4 days now, no headaches of feeling sick or vomiting, feel very tired everyday but have a regular sleep pattern. It feels like I can feel my blood pulsating round but not as often as that.

Hi, It doesn't suggest any thing, so it must be due to anxiety or tension. there may be sensations of pulsations rarely, and not a continuously.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe alprazolam, multivitamin, and b.complex, along with neurotropic injections for 5 consecutive days. Thank you.
