General & Family Physician Dr. Bimal Desai's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for query,
What is your age?Are you taking any medicine?
You got premature ejeculation during masturbation or during actual sex?
There are vast difference in masturbation experience & actual sex with girl.As in masturbation you have fantasy & you are free to use pressure while during actual sex you have limitation.
You should limit your masturbation practice as excess is always poison.
Just take it 1-2 times in a week.
Diver your mind out of sex.
Do some yoga or meditation.
Thanks.
