It seems like you are in a trouble. You need to get these symptoms evaluated.
1. Type of problem- There may be compression at the cervical spinal cord. You may need to get an MRI of the cervical spine
done and meet an orthopedician.
2. Tests to be done - MRI of the spine, EMG or the nerve conduction studies, an X-ray of the cervical spine, Blood serology for any autoimmune disease
3. Rest, do not strain your right hand more, analgesics like cox- inhibitors for relief of pain, cold compresses locally, physiotherapy
of the hands and legs, a cervical collar
may help you too.
4. You need to consult an orthopedician initially, later a neurologist
