, your pain can be due to increased acidity and gas production.
You can follow some precautions like :-
1. Avoid spicy/oily foods.
2. Donot miss a meal.
3. Avoid mental/emotional stress.
4. Drink lots of pure water, atleast 8-10glasses of water in a day.
5. Donot self medicate especially pain killers and steroids
6. Avoid gas forming foods like peas, legumes, cabbage, etc.
You can take antacid like Omeprazole
20 mg once a day with Domperidone
