Having Noticed Difficulty & Pain In Swallowing

yes I have had a hard time swallowing. I lost a lot of weight and now i have a very ugly sore or three on the left side, There is also a hole where the upper and lower jaw meet in the back, It hurts like heck I actually took a Q-tip and it not only fit in the hole it went almost an inch in I have seen several doctors and they cant figure it out, in the mean time it just keeps getting worst and still dropping weight. There a are a few other things but this is a good start i think Steve

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The ulcers and hole where the jaw meets indicates that you have a fistula or a sinus .
This probably is connected to some internal structure like a infected bone or something.

I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation by a Surgeon.
CT scan of the area and fistilogram
Biopsy to rule out cancer and see the reason

The treatment will be as per the findings. This may be Surgery.
Proper diagnosis alone can lead to a proper treatment.
Cancer has to be ruled out.
