I went to the doctor 4 days ago for a physical and got blood drawn on my right arm and today I was dancing and when I look at my arm I see a bruised lump has formed but I have been using my arm all week and nothing has happened until now, what should I do ?
This lump is most likely a hematoma due to vein rupture. I suggest you to have it under observation. If it will be getting larger, you should consult your doctor. In a meanwhile try to not use this arm much and try to have it elevated (especially when sleeping). This should help with the healing process and stop possible bleeding.
Hope this will help. Regards.
