Having Nightsweats, Fever At Night Along With Chills. Having Tiredness All Day Long. Reason?
i have been to the doctors 3 times now i heard from one i had the flu next time i went in they didnt know what was wrong with me the last time i got a flu test done and it came back negative so he said i have a upper respiratory infection. i dont feel sick during the day i have night sweats and a fever at night along with chills but only at night. i am starting to feel tired all day now though.

The most common cause for such symptom is pulmonary koch's ( tuberculosis ) and malaria.
Talk to your doctor and get hemogram,x- ray chest PA view,mantoux test and malaria antigen done.
Once the diagnosis is made,you can be treated properly.
