Having Nausea. Had Intermittent Diarrhea. Took Z-pack. Stool Smells Ammonia. No Help With The Medicine. Treatment?

I have been having severe nausea mostly in the morning. I have also had intermittent diahrrea. I went to the doctor and she put me on a Z-pack. She said there was a possibility that I have an ulcer. This morning, I noticed that my stool smells strongly of amonia. The antibiotic has not helped the diahrrea or the nausea. What could be wrong? Is it possibly serrious?

hello,

The cause for diarrhea should be identified.
Because antibiotics are useful only against bacterial diarrheas.
If the cause for nausea and diarrhea is ulcer than the treatment options are different.
Consult your doctor for more help.
