Having Lumps In The Neck Near Adams Apple. What Could This Be?

Hi, I am a 19 year old male with 3 lumps in my neck. I have 2 in the adams apple area marble sized and one on the very right side of my neck, slightly larger. I Have noticed the 2 in the middle of my throat for about a year, but the one on the right I have noticed for a couple of months. I am wondering what this could be any help would be appreciated., Thank you.

Hi thanks for your question.
The lump in the middle of your neck in (adams apple area) most probably could be enlarged thyroid gland and the lump on the right side of the neck could be an enlarged lymph node. The two in the middle of throat your mentioning could be granules due to pharyngitis and this pharyngitis can give rise to lump in the right side of your neck. Consult an ENT surgeon, who may get FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) of these lumps done to know exactly these are? Further management depends upon the cytology report.
Hope this answers your question.
