Having Lump On Lower Left Side Of Abdomen, Looks Prominent When Bladder Is Full. Reason?

I have a hard lump that doesnt hurt just feels like a heavy sensation it doesn t move and feels like it is in the muscle on the lower left side of my abdomen near my hip bone about 3 inches in length down towards my pubic bone. I can feel it more when I am lying down nd when I have a full bladder it seems to feel more prominent it cant be seen on the outside of my body only when I press my abdomen

your symptoms point towards hernia. Most often, a lump in the abdomen is caused by a hernia. An abdominal hernia occurs when there is an area where the muscles are weak. This allows the internal organs to bulge through the abdominal wall. A hernia may not appear until after you strain, lift something heavy, or have a long period of coughing.

other minor causes include-
Other causes of a lump in the abdominal wall include:

Hematoma (collection of blood under the skin after injury)
Lipoma (collection of fatty tissue under the skin)
Lymph nodes

for confirmation of diagnosis you cant contact a surgeon.
