Having Lower Pelvic Pain, Started Spotting. What Should I Do?

I had a colposcopy and D the results were ok but I am still having lower pelvic pain and now a week after my biopsy I have started spotting I am 51 and going through menopause as well . Can the procedure he did last week determine if there is a cyst somewhere
