Having lower back, hip, leg pains, light bleeding. Could I be pregnant?

My period was due a couple of days ago, but never showed. Last night I went to use the restroom and there was very light bleeding . Then nothing, so far for the past two weeks i have been having lower back, hip and leg pains. Could I be pregnant. I woke this morning feeling slightly nauseous. I am extremely sleepy as well.

Light bleeding with late period may indicate sign of early miscarriage or hormonal imbalance with co-existence of stress/ anxiety, irregular diet habit, wt change etc.

Here, you should undergo one blood test for beta HCG and one TVS scan to confirm product of conception if any.

In exclusion of pregnancy, other relevant investigations like USG scan for pelvis, complete hormone assay, blood sugar, endometrial biopsy etc are needed to be done. Consult with gynecologist for next line of management for this condition.

Avoid stress/ mental upset, take healthy diet with Vitamin & iron supplements and maintain genital hygiene properly.
