hi,
menstrual irregularities can occur because of many things like hormonal fluctuations, changes in weight, recent illness, anemia etc,
as sometimes pre-ejaculate fluid can contain spermatozoa, if you had the incident around the time of ovulation better to go for pregnancy test once which will rule out that possibility,
if comes negative your problem could be because of some other causes as I mentioned before, if the same thing repeats you can consult gynecologist.
take care.
